Returns will only be accepted in case of a mistake on our part. Products may be exchanged determined on a case by case basis.

Orders that have been paid for in full and then later canceled are subject to a 15% return fee.

Only new and unused products can be exchanged. An exchange can be made only for the same or similar product and must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.

Products that require sizes such as belts will not be exchanged for full value if the customer provided an incorrect waist measurement. Pay careful attention to the measurement instructions shown with belt listings. If you receive your order and a belt does not fit, it can be exchanged for the same belt at a different size. Your exchange is subject to a 15% fee, so make sure to measure your waist correctly. If we are at fault for an incorrect size, we’ll gladly exchange your order for the correct size at no cost to you.
